We ensure that the decorative architectural metal materials that you and your customers pay for as “extra gingerbread” are installed to meet and exceed the quality measure, and shine the Architect's design.

The Type of Projects:

Corporate Offices, Low - High Rise Buildings, Airports, Institutions, Schools, Museums, Federal and State Projects Hospitals and Transportation Facilities.

L & S  Installs:

Cladding for;  Beam, Column, Fascia, Soffit, People Mover and Escalator Cladding, Convector Covers. Parking Structure Grilles, Louvers, Sunshades and Wall Panels.

We also install and assemble in the field typical airport features such as Kiosks, FIDS, People Lift Gates, Passenger Loaders, Media Centers, Stainless Steel Walls & Base Boards and other items.

Our everyday Materials are:  Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, Muntz and Bronze. Gauges typically are  between 10 to 18 gauge in stainless and steel, most often 16ga. Aluminum we generally are installing: .125 "and sometimes .187" thick  through .250".  All materials generally have a high end finish provided by the Material Supplier; utilizing Kynar  Standards and Sunstorm Metallic Micas, also bright metal finishes such as mechanical, anodized and chemical finishes, including  #8 & Super Mirror Polished Stainless.  

L & S  thoroughly examines each project & material from pre-bid to delivery onsite. All consideration is given to field measurement and site conditions for cranes and lifts, as well as the building’s footprint for acceptance of the material on site.

Our family employee/owner crews take possession of the architectural metal materials, by removing it from the delivery truck on site. We will have already thought out a plan to receive, store and secure your material. We then install the metal with the utmost attention to detail. We ensure that the finished product is excellent. We work close and in detail with the Fabricator and General Contractor on every job, from start to completion.  L & S  is a reliable installation service for the General Contactors to buy direct  from or for any other Customers that a Fabricator would sell direct  "furnish only"  to.

We only charge for our installation service direct and do not mark up materials, we are not a fabricator or manufacturer, and do not sell materials.
