Union Trained Architectural Sheet Metal Installing Field Work over 25+  years individual experience, Custom Architectural Metal Fabricating individual experience over 20 + years, built on 3 generations.

How does L & S Erectors cover the entire United States of America?

Answer:

We are centrally located in the Midwest with traveling crews that are full timers with

many years of experience with projects all over the United States.

Question:

Why should I send my work to L & S Erectors?

Answer:

Just ask the people we do are work for, our commitment to quality is understood. We don't take short cuts and we do a high quality job, better and faster. All of the material we install goes in correctly and looks great when we are finished. It is supposed to, we are installing High Quality materials, so we install the material in a High Quality manner.

We also work with all of the people on the job, paying attention to safety, schedules and ultimately the finished detail Product. We are always willing to go the extra mile to help all schedules finish ahead.

Question:

Does L & S  "back charge" ?

Answer:

As a policy we do not, and we correct most conditions and material issues in advance and in the field. In 20 years we have only back charged one job. It occurred when the fabricator decided instead of taking a substantial return of  incorrectly fabricated material to correct in his shop, and creating schedule issues for the Job, he authorized

us to correct the material in the field and bill for our time and material.
